separated the combatants at game's end. The SSB SSB Tar Heels won by the
slimmest of margins, 4 to 3.
The score was tied at 3 after nine. SSB came out the victor in the 12th
inning. After an out was recorded, Bobby Abreu smashed a solo-shot out of
the park (his 22nd of the season) making SSB the victor and beginning a
joyous home town celebration. SSB had a total of 12 hits for the game.
